Mission:

Our mission is to provide abandoned, impoverished, abused, or otherwise marginalized children and adolescents with material and emotional support in order that they may become healthy, productive members of society with a well developed sense of self-worth.

Values:

Every child should be treated with respect. They all deserve adequate food and shelter; to be raised in a loving environment -- free from emotional, physical abuse and exploitation; to receive an education; and access to supportive adult role models.

Beliefs:

Ana's Children has been started and is supported by a diverse group of people.

Aside from our mission and values, we share the following beliefs:

• Our choices matter. Our choices carry the capacity for great harm and great good for those around us. They affect us each individually and we are each responsible for our choices. Ultimately, we become our choices.

• The personal choices we make are demonstrated by our actions and furthermore, are reflective of our natures; therefore, we champion acts of justice, love, fairness, mercy, humility and patience.

• Mankind is meant for good. We consider it an aberration that mankind makes bad choices, but we can each work individually to change this—by working to change our choices. By individually seeking good: we can bring mankind closer to its purpose.

For love loves unto purity. . .Where loveliness is incomplete. . it spends itself to make more lovely. . . There is nothing eternal but that which loves and can be loved, and love is ever climbing towards the consummation when such shall be the universe, imperishable, divine.”
